昨晩深夜の2時頃、
三男の咳が激しくなってきたと思ったら、
そのままシーツの上に嘔吐。
4日前に「三男は元気」などと書いてしまって、
何かマーフィーげな嫌な予感がしていたのだが、
的中してしまった。
しかし、
さほど熱が上がる様子もなく、
救急に連れて行く必要も無さそうで、
程なく落ち着いて寝ることができた。
で、親もようやく寝付いた3時頃、
遠くから呼ばれたような気配が。
うつらうつらしていると、
今度ははっきりと呼ぶ声がわかった。
駆けつけてみると、
長男がトイレにうずくまって嘔吐している。
さすがに長男はトイレまでは我慢したらしく、
布団や廊下をよごしていない。
こちらは少々熱が高いが、
ひとしきり吐いたら落ち着いたようなので、
三男と一緒に朝になってから医者に診てもらうことにした。
うーむ、
同時多発ゲロ。
診断は、
次男と同じインフルエンザだということだ。
但し三男の方は、熱も上がっておらず、
かかっているかいないか微妙なところとのこと。
咳の勢いでもどしただけという可能性もある。
念のため薬は出してもらったが、
現に今日一日普通通りに元気だった。
やはり強い。
長男の方は、
次男と同じく3時間の点滴を受けてきた。
長男は年末にちゃんと2回の予防接種を受けたのだが、
予防していてもかかるときはかかるということだ。
そして一方、
治りかけていたはずの私の喉がまた腫れ始めている。
出張があるので、
その前にもういちど診てもらわねば。
嫌な話ばかりだが、
ひとつだけイイ商品紹介を。
そんなわけだからこのところマスクを多用しているのだが、
ユニチャームの超立体マスク、
これは優れものだ。
ピッタリしているが圧迫感がない、
耳も痛くならない。
今日も装着して寝よう。
